Shipping

SHIPPING: Please allow 3 weeks for your print to be printed and shipped. I print through a locally owned and operated Toowoomba company, Downs Framing, and I prefer to keep it this way. I believe in supporting local industry, and I can individually check, sign and confirm the quality of each print before being delivered.

EXPRESS POST: If you require express post, I will do my utmost to accommodate this request. Please just pop me an email and I will look at getting your print posted as soon as I can. It may incur a slightly higher postage price however this can be confirmed when organised. 

TRACKING DETAILS: All prints shipped through Australia Post will have a tracking number that I will email to you once the item has been shipped. Please understand that once the print is posted, I cannot control when your item arrives. So please contact Australia Post with your tracking number to chase up your order.

SHIPPING FRAMED PRINTS: Unfortunately I do not ship large, framed prints. They are too large and breakages happen frequently. I do not have the time to chase up and fix the pieces, so if you do require framing, I am more than happy to organise, however it will need to be collected from Downs Framing in Toowoomba.
